K\u00fcrzlich habe ich von der \u201cAdelung\u201d des Augenzentrums Dr Ferrer durch die Zeiss AG gelesen: Referenzzentrum f\u00fcr Augenheilkunde !! Zur\u00fcckblickend auf meine bisherigen Erfahrungen als Patient und in Bezug auf die Augen-OP, aber auch als ehemaliger Lehrer f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement und Kundenservice kann ich diese Entscheidung der Zeiss-Experten gut nachvollziehen. Mein herzlicher Dank geht an Dr. Ferrer und sein gesamtes Team. Sie alle machen in dieser perfekten neuen Praxis in Denia (aber auch in Moraira) einen hervorragenden Job. Die OPs verliefen v\u00f6llig schmerzfrei, die Untersuchungen sowie die Nachsorge zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die einzig unangenehme Erinnerung : die brennenden Augentropfen, aber die gibt es ja leider vor jeder Untersuchung.<\/p>\n
